Highly contagious, Measles is a viral disease that can cause death. A person that contracts it usually develops high fever, cough, runny nose, pink eye, and other more severe complications. This disease is usually spread through sneezing or coughing but it can be avoided with a simply vaccine. If you are traveling to any of the developing countries, make sure to take precautions because that is where the disease is most common.

Otherwise, you may fall victim to the traveller’s diarrhea, the most common disease that travellers get. Common symptoms include fever, nausea and vomiting as well as abdominal ache and cramping.
